All rooms have direct access to the terraces and the outdoor pool with incomparable sea views.

Renting this wonderful stone finca should be rented for at least months.

Air conditioning (k) will be installed by the end of the year and the heating systems will also be renewed by then, so that you can get your desired temperature all year round so that you will feel even more comfortable. The monthly ancillary costs (€ 950) include electricity, gas, oil, water, sewage and the management service who takes care of the property, even if you are not on the island.
