The house has an excellent layout. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (both with bathroom en suite), a spacious living / dining room with fireplace, a fitted kitchen with separate utility room and the large garage, where there is space for a car and enough storage space for your private things.

In the middle part of the house you reach the upper floor via the two-flight staircase to two further bedrooms and a bathroom.

You can go shopping in the nearest neighboring town, which is just 2 km away. There is an Eroski, Lidl and other shops. There are also bars and restaurants to choose from. The beautiful Playa de Muro with its kilometer-long sandy beach is only 15 minutes away by car or you can drive to Pollenca, which is only 5 minutes away, where you can also go swimming, take a boat tour or parasail.
