Location:Campos is a municipality on the south coast of the Spanish Balearic island of Mallorca. The homonymous town in the interior is the administrative center of the municipality in the Migjorn region.
The rather flat municipality of Campos is located on a stretch of coast that extends from the village of Sa Ràpita in the west to Ses Arenes behind the long sandy beach of Es Trenc in the southeast. The eponymous capital of the municipality is located about nine kilometers from the coast on the road connecting Palma to the resorts of Cala d'Or and Cala Figuera on the east coast. The distance from Campos to Palma and the airport is about 35 kilometers.
No beach in Europe exerts such fascination on its visitors as the Es Trenc. This makes Es Trenc one of the most popular beaches in the Balearic Islands, if not the whole of Europe. Given its white sand and turquoise waters, it awakens many visitors a sense of Caribbean flair.
