All amenities are in the immediate vicinity, so you can leave your car, which can be parked on the main street or in one of the side streets.

Additional costs include water (every 2 months) and electricity (monthly) - a flat rate of 150 euros is paid for this together with the rent and is billed later after the invoices are presented; Insurance, community costs and even internet are already included in the rental price.

It is only a few meters to the incomparable, kilometer-long sandy beach. It takes around 45 minutes to drive to the airport and around 15 minutes to drive to the nearest golf course (in Alcanada).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: During the period from June 18th. The owners would like to use this property themselves until August 5th, 2024!!! Rental during these weeks will then be paused! (Pets are not tolerated by the owners.)
